Our Cast Critter and cast wraps were designed and created to be a friend and comfort for children going through the traumatic experience of wearing a cast or going through medical treatments. We know wearing a cast or getting medical treatments isn’t fun and can be irritating, scratchy, and bothersome to kids who only want to capture pirate ships or teach their stuffed animals how to read. A Cast Critter and cast wrap will be your child’s new best friend while they heal and even after as the Cast Critter turns into a hand-puppet!

How Our Cast Wraps Work
Our soft cast covers and Cast Critters slip over your child’s cast or brace and give them someone to turn to when all the adults are asking, “What happened to your arm?” Your child will be able to smile with happiness and show off their new friend that they got.
Simply pull the cast wrap over the cast or brace and then slip the Cast Critter onto your child’s arm for a friend that goes with them everywhere. If the soft cast cover or Cast Critter gets dirty, toss it in the wash on delicate and dry it on low for endless fun.
After they heal, your child’s Cast Critter cast wrap transforms into a hand-puppet they can continue to play with for years to come.

Our dual passions of helping children and animals let us create our courageous Cast Critters. While each Cast Critter helps a child recover, it also helps support Canine Assistants. We donate 10% of proceeds of each soft cast cover sold to the Canine Assistants organization that helps place service dogs with people who need them.
