Return Policy

The Cool Cast Company guarantees 100% satisfaction. If you’re not happy, we’re not happy! No questions asked. But we would appreciate your feedback to help us improve our products. Please send us an email to request a refund. After receiving your critter you have 30 days to return it as long as it is in new and unused condition.

For returns, we will gladly refund your purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges. There are no restocking fees.

Once we receive your return we will process your refund within 10 business days to your original form of payment. Your bank may require additional time to post to your account.
